Returns + Refunds

Instore Returns -  Currently we are not accepting returns for items after they have been purchased, as all purchases are from private sellers and the majority of the listed items have sold out at retail level. Buyers are able to come and try items on and are advised to be 100% certain about the purchases that are made at 1NE. derby. 

Online Returns - As a consumer, you have the right to change your mind about a purchase, return an item and receive a refund in certain circumstances.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same unused condition, returned double boxed without damage and be returned the same state it arrived in and in its original packaging with the online receipt inside of the box. 

If you change your mind about your order, you’ll need to email sales@1nederby.com with your order number and reason for returning, within 14 days.Our team will then arrange a returns label for you and the cost of the return (£8.99) will be deducted from your refund. For orders outside of the UK, France and Germany, your return cost will be calculated based on region and will be deducted from your refund.
